   HP Laptop. Windows x V20H2 My desktop has a constant arrow with an hourglass next to information technology. Information technology may exist AVG anti track, which shows up shut to the top of Task Mgr. When I become to Control Panel I tin can see the programme there and it is 111mb, But when I try to delete it, I get a message that the program may accept already been deleted. I looked in "Program Files" and institute an Anti Track folder with scores of files in that location. I didn't see any uninstall plan. How do I delete this bugger? Might there be something else wrong?

   I've read and tried the diverse ways to go rid of the hourglass on my cursor. Its not in that location all the time just it annoys me. I've tried the Settings way through merely that doesn't work and I've as well tried the Lenovo Settings to ensure that both are in line
   with each other. but still it persists. I've also tried the troubleshooters only they don't bargain with it. Anyone got any ideas please?

   I just installed windows x on my Windows 8.1 PC and it was fine for a while, but when I logged in the adjacent day, the cursor began flashing the hourglass to its right and information technology has not stopped. It interferes with drib down menus which only remain open up for
   a millisecond earlier vanishing. It stops videos as though they're buffering and the taskbar flashes on the screen when I'm playing them fullscreen. I've tried rebooting my PC numerous times and I've tried everything suggested in previous help threads on here
   (and elsewhere), but they've all been either unsuccessful or irrelevant every bit each 1 is specific to Win8, 8.1, or 7. I've done numerous antivirus scans with Sophos, which I thought had been uninstalled due to existence incompatible with Win10, only they've found
   zero. I've tried ending all the possible tasks that could be responsible. This is driving me nuts and I had no trouble on Windows 8/8.one.
