I bought a dress on David's Bridal website. When information technology was delivered to me I noticed information technology had the security tag on. I had to go to the shop in San Diego, at Camino Dela Reina (what's the point to purchase online if I have to go to the store?) and when I get there, the sales person says they didn't have time to have it off? What???? Of course information technology took less than 1 minute to do. But it is definitely not a place to go dorsum.

My daughter's David's Bridal consultant, David at Tampa,FL on Kennedy Blvd was exceptional. David was attentive and knew what she wanted. He watched her trunk language and could tell when she liked or disliked a apparel. He did such a not bad job! Thanks David for making my girl'south day very special.

I came to the store not knowing what to become for my wedding and Alexis and Sonia got together to discover the the correct dress. I recommend this store for those 1st time brides similar myself who have never received whatsoever guidance. I felt similar I was talking to family when choosing the right items to make my wedding complete. Cheers again for the wonderful staff and services.

My appt for my Alterations was at 12pm (est). My consultation started 30 mins belatedly. The alterations are ridiculously priced. You are non given a price list prior to your appt, simply expected to pay the full amount at the finish of appt. I had to pay most 300.00 today in which I was totally unprepared to exercise but nevertheless I paid it. Never again!

Let me preface this review by walking you lot through their bogus return policy! Yous order an item. It doesn't work out. So you get to return it and you have to pay the shipping fee for returning it. Yous already paid $15 to have information technology shipped to you, now you have to pay $xv to send it dorsum! Which is $30 y'all never get dorsum all because they have no sense of a practiced return policy!
So for my specific situation; I ordered a jacket equally a care for for myself, since wedding planning is stressful! The detail came and was much smaller than advertised. So I asked for an exchange for the next size up! Their refund Policy says that yous don't get Shipping refunded, but I specifically asked if I render the start jacket to the store if I could avoid paying for boosted postage for the returned detail and exchanged item and was told yeah. When I go to actually render it they charge to transport the second jacket. I went back and forth about this with customer service, and to them the conversation was near non paying render aircraft. Subsequently many texts dorsum and forth, they gave me a "one fourth dimension courtesy $10 credit".
I simply can't believe that a company that sells girls their special dress has a render policy that is insulting. Weddings are already expensive, but go-ahead and accuse a girl $30 for something that costs $10 to ship, and probably price less than $15 to make. The only thing I can walk away from this that makes me happy is that I didn't buy my nuptials dress from them! I can't imagine what the hassle would be if something was wrong with my dress.

Where to begin, well they don't deserve the i star correct off the bat! The size I tried on fit just correct. And so when I received the one they ordered which was the same size supposedly we couldn't fifty-fifty get the attachment upwardly or arms fully on information technology was and then tight. It was not the same size at all! They had to search for a store that carried one size up since the warehouse didn't have any in stock. Finally they did! I idea everything would be good after that simply I was dead wrong! They kept sending us confirmations on our alteration appointments the night before and when we would get there after waiting over xxx-45min and beingness checked in they would say, "Nosotros didn't know you were hither" and "your dress is non done" and we'd accept to come dorsum which is completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
We all made arrangements with babysitters to get in that location and at present nosotros accept to rearrange our lives again for them. They then kept pushing the other appointments for my bridesmaids until three days before the wedding, cutting it real shut! As for my wedding ceremony gown I had to go dorsum three times because of them and each time I went they didn't stop the work and the work they did exercise messed upwards the apparel more. They added ugly little spot flowers on my train without my permission which they said could not be removed afterwards cause it volition make a pigsty they tin't fix so at present I was stuck with those. They hemmed the breast area and took too much lace down which made it uneven and then they had to reopen information technology to fix information technology properly. They added 14 buttons to hold up the train of my apparel and it yet was dragging on the flooring.
They argued with me about getting a refund and merely gave me a measly 10% when I paid the same amount every bit my dress plus all the gas going there 3 times just for the hemming work! Terrible quality. Do non shop here: yous may not get what you ordered. I ordered a bridesmaid's dress that I tried on for my sis; because nosotros have the same shape and she is about thirty lbs smaller than I, I knew that whatever fit me would fit her. I selected a beautifully unproblematic dress called Shutter, in a size xx. It fit me perfectly, all effectually, so I ordered it in the same size but in the color that fit my scheme. I was aware of the return policy (full refund if canceled within seven days of purchasing), simply considering the fit was perfect, I had no qualms about ordering.
I should not have done that. The store chosen me, yesterday, to let me know that the dress was in. I picked information technology upwards and took it to my sis. The difference between the dress in the store and the dress we got was incredible. She tried information technology on and the cut was poor--the dress was as well tight across the hip and back...I had a hard time pulling up the zipper. The shoulders drooped plenty to detect and there was a pooch from too much garment in the stomach. I even tried on the wearing apparel myself, and the fit on me was also bad (even though I already knew it would be, since--once again--my sis is smaller than I).
The store will not requite me a refund, despite the fact that the clothes was fabricated poorly--an issue caused past them, not me. The clerk told me that they could result me a merchandise credit, and then did the customer rep with whom I spoke today. Withal, in that location is zero else, from that store I desire, just I have everything else I need. I'm really irritated, and practice not recommend this store.

I bought bridal items online with them, and they refused to give me my full refund. They don't give you enough fourth dimension to return items. I wish they would give thirty day returns, like well-nigh normal companies practice! The only reason they permit me render my items, was because I had to buy two items, equal to the same value. They are just gypping people during the pandemic. I will never shop with them ever again! And you lot can only contact them through text, which is VERY unprofessional! I don't know how, they stay in business? Because a lot of brides have bad experiences with them! I had a heck of a fourth dimension getting a RMA number from them, to return my stuff, and the customer service agent, sent me a encrypted electronic mail, with the render labels. I remember they are so frustrating!

First and foremost I was hesitant to come there in the starting time place based on reviews from friends and things I read online, merely I went out on a limb and gave it a gamble. I arrived nigh 30 minutes prior to my seven:30 engagement time because a few of my bridesmaid were with me so they wanted to scan. The guest whom date was before mine were still browsing and the person helping them was so pleasant and patient I idea maybe it won't be so bad later all. Boy was I wrong. When it became fourth dimension for my appointment. The older lady seemed to be either tired of just plain didn't desire to assist in my dress making decision. About 15 minutes into it she stated, "You need to selection something and then we tin get you in one of these dresses!"
I actually saw cipher that actually wowed me and so I finally institute one dress not necessary that I similar merely the way I was going for .... wasn't in my size. I institute a second one. I purchased a apparel, cash money, from David's Bridal five days ago. I wasn't crazy well-nigh it just the saleswoman assured me that I could render it, if I do desired. I did decide to return information technology today. Later waiting in line for what seemed to be an eternity, I presented my receipt and was expecting my cash payment returned. WRONG! I was informed that a check would exist mailed to me instead. I wasn't thrilled only figured they'd get my money to me adequately quick. WRONG AGAIN! I now take to expect approximately 1 month to receive my hard earned cash dorsum! They exercise not have their return policy posted anywhere in the shop for the heir-apparent'south protection. Very unethical! I will never do business with them once more and will make sure that my family and friends do the same. BUYERS BEWARE!
